Common problems & Support

If you're facing issues or trouble with the Ingvar.xyz Launcher, you've come to the right place. Please only contact support if you have tried all of the listed solutions below.

No internet connection:

If the launcher is unable to connect to the internet (e.g. shop won't load) and you have made sure that you do have internet acces, try uninstalling the current version and install the version below.
- Special edition (.exe)

Frozen/unable to do tasks:

You can try running the 'refresh' command in the input field and/or restarting the launcher. If it doesn't fix the issue please contact support.
